ALL THE DETAILS FOR GATHER FESTIVAL 2020
It’s not long until the very first Gather Festival takes flight in Mount Beauty! With a fair-weather order placed, we are expecting a balmy 32 degrees and overcast - which we’re not complaining about at all!
Artists have been fine tuning their instruments and boy, do we have a jam packed program for you! Delicious food and beverage vendors to boot along with market stalls showcasing some of the Kiewa Valley’s finest to tantalise your tastebuds.

To be as environmentally friendly as possible, we're encouraging everyone to use an electronic version of the program rather than provide printed copies. There will be some available at the gate, but please keep a copy on your smart device to refer to throughout the day!
Don't forget, it's a full 12 hour festival - Gates for General Admission open at 10.15am!
Arriving
Please bring your tickets (either printed or electronic - we just need to be able to scan them!) or your wristband if you've already been given one. At the front gate, you will have your ticket scanned, and be given a wristband that you'll need to wear as long as you want to re-enter the festival at any time. Don't forget, it's a full 12 hour festival - Gates for General Admission open at 10.15am so make sure you come along and enjoy all of our artists!
What to Bring
Your camping chairs, picnic rugs, a hat, an empty drink bottle and your dancing shoes! You may also BYO food and sealed non-alcoholic drinks. This is NOT A BYO LIQUOR EVENT as there will be liquor sales on-site. Security will be on-site and will be advised alcohol will not be permitted on the premises. Free water will be available to refill your drink bottles, and there will also be both sweet and savoury food available for purchase from our wonderful vendors.
Additional Tickets
Tickets will be available to purchase online until 11.55pm on Friday, 7th February. Tickets can be purchased on the gate at the festival at the following costs: Adults $65 - U/18 $35 - 12 and Under FREE - Gather & Ride Adults $90 - Gather & Ride U/18 $60 - Gather & Ride 12 & Under $25. Please note, Gather & Ride tickets will only be on sale up to 12 noon on Saturday.
Gather & Ride
Gather & Ride tickets WILL be available to purchase up until midday on Saturday. If you’ve got your Gather & Ride ticket ready, shuttles begin at 9.30am - so please make sure you check-in to collect your wristband before you head to the shuttle pick-up point. If you are with a child aged 12 or under, please ensure they are accompanied by an adult before boarding a shuttle. Shuttles will finish at 3.30pm (so you still have plenty of time to dance!) Stay safe, listen to your shuttle driver and - most importantly - have an incredible time!
Parking
We are pleased to assist you with parking on-site. Simply follow the directions of one of our friendly volunteers to the designated area upon arrival. If you require special access, please email us directly at gatherfestmtb@gmail.com for more info.
Pass Outs
You will be able to leave the festival throughout the day and come back in as long as you still have your wristband on. Please note, there will be no pass outs after 9pm, so please make sure you don't need to leave and return after this time!
Merchandise
We have some limited edition merchandise available to commemorate our very first festival! There will be Gather t-shirts on sale for $25 and stubby holders for $10. If you would like to purchase any merchandise, please get in early as numbers are limited and we expect it to sell out.
Cash or Card?
There will be limited eftpos facilities at the event (including on the gate), however we do suggest bringing some cash with you on the day for convenience.
Activities for Kids
There will be plenty of free activities to entertain the kids on Saturday, including Giant Games, Face Painting, Arts and Craft, Bubbles and much much more!
